Zach Lear joined JH in 2022 and works in Business Development, partnering with organizations to help them strengthen their brand, grow awareness, and build meaningful connections with both customers and employees. He enjoys helping clients think beyond one-off tactics and instead focus on consistent, long-term strategies that drive real results.
Zach brings a relationship-first mindset to his work, believing that trust, consistency, and showing up matter more than quick wins. He is especially passionate about employee engagement, culture-driven marketing, and helping organizations tell their story in a way that feels authentic and human.
Outside of work, Zach is a proud dad of three. Family life has shaped much of his perspective on leadership and discipline — reinforcing the belief that success, both professionally and personally, is built through daily habits, patience, and doing the right things even when they’re hard.
