Russ joined JH as an intern in 2022 while studying at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. After joining JH full-time in 2023, his focus has been helping clients use branded merchandise as a strategic tool, not just a product.
Russ partners with organizations to create creative, results-driven solutions that strengthen brand presence and enhance company culture. As he sees it, his goal is simple: deliver meaningful experiences while making the process seamless from concept to execution.
