With more than 25 years of leadership experience and a Business degree from Indiana University–Fort Wayne, Darren builds structured, scalable merchandise strategies that turn branded products into measurable business assets. Since joining JH in 2022, he has led corporate apparel strategy and branded merchandise programs that align marketing, culture, and growth objectives.
