Supporting a Family Legacy
What We Heard

Tippmann Industrial is a manufacturer of American-made leather crafting equipment based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, carrying on the proud family legacy of the Tippmann name. Its lineup includes The Boss sewing machine and the Clicker die-cutting line, trusted by leatherworkers making everything from belts and knife sheaths to saddles.

After years of working with agencies and one-man shops, the Tippmann team wanted more for their marketing. They wanted a partner who could give it purpose, a professional feel and a cohesive strategy.

Our Approach

Working with JH, the partnership began with a redesign of the Tippmann Industrial website within its existing platform, giving it a cleaner look, simpler navigation and an improved shopping experience. From there, we refreshed the product content, paired it with professional photography and tackled the technical SEO issues holding the site back.

But an improved website was only the first step. JH took over a Google Ads account that had changed hands so many times it was running inefficiently. We fixed the underlying issues and optimized the campaign so every ad dollar worked harder. A structured social content strategy also replaced posting whenever time allowed, giving The Boss and the Clicker line a consistent presence online.

Measuring Success

With no hard number to hit, the goal was simple: a cohesive strategy and a partner to manage it. Since 2024, JH has delivered both. Google Ads purchase revenue grew 73% in a single year. On the organic side, site errors and warnings are down 49%, and seven keywords now rank in the top three on Google.

For a company built on a family name, it's proof that the right partner helps a legacy grow stronger.
