Counselor Magazine is an industry publication distributed by the Advertising Specialty Institute to 20,000+ distributors and 4,000+ suppliers across the United States. The Best Places to Work program involved a nomination period, and was followed by a 37-question survey to all of the nominated organizations. Questions ranged from loyalty, goals recognition, manager effectiveness, trust in leadership, etc.
